Water Street is closed to vehicles to make way for the The Water Street Pedestrian Mall. It is open to pedestrian traffic only, from noon to 10 p.m. daily, from Adelaide Street to Prescott Street, until Monday, September 7, 2020. The changes allow restaurants to expand into the streets to serve more customers.
