While inspections do look out for critical problems, like collapsing structural components (e.g. a crumbling foundation), most deficiencies are less obvious, but essential to identifying and mitigating costly repairs. This is where the bulk of inspection work is: identifying these problems, explaining their significance, and recommending actions to resolve them.
